The product

CanWork is self-serve software that stores files you and your vendors upload, extracts fields, and compares those fields to rules you configure. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel in the customer portal.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your company profile, requirement templates, and vendor legal names. You decide whether a vendor may work. CanWork status is not permission to enter a job site.

What we are not

CanWork is compliance software. We do not issue certificates of insurance, sell insurance, act as a broker, or guarantee that coverage exists or will respond to a claim. Status is based only on fields extracted from files you or your vendors upload, compared to rules you set. We do not verify coverage with carriers.

Accounts and vendors

Buyer accounts use email and password or a magic link. Vendors do not create accounts. Anyone with a vendor upload link can submit files for that vendor. Treat links as secrets.

Acceptable use

Do not upload files you do not have the right to share. Do not use CanWork to harass vendors or to store unrelated personal data. We may disable an organization (kill-switch) if the service is abused or if we must take the product offline.

Limitation

The software is provided as-is. We are not liable for job delays, denied claims, or decisions you make from a red, yellow, or green status.
