A superintendent, property manager, or HOA board that forwards a CanWork list is forwarding a comparison of extracted file fields to buyer-set rules — not a representation that a policy is in force, that an endorsement is valid, or that a carrier will pay a claim.
CanWork does not generate legal instruments, including lien waivers. We do not interpret endorsement wording beyond whether a required additional-insured name appears in extracted text.
